Excel Formula Writing and Coding to Sort Data

I need an experienced Freelancer to write specific Excel formulas and coding to sort sales reporting data to a template in a specific format required by the manufacturer whose items we've sold. The project requires an in-depth understanding of Excel functions and the ability to apply them correctly. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can build a spreadsheet template to extract rows of data to the main template on sheet 1 that changes when I replace sheets 2 through 5, using advanced Excel calculations, complex conditional formatting rules, pivot tables, and/or macros using VBA. Accurate formulas and coding are essential as sorting data incorrectly could result in inaccurate final results. Ultimately, I need a template that uses formulas and coding implemented to correctly filter data for specific criteria, so I can use it to sort my data weekly by replacing certain sheets containing that data, so it is in a format that is usable by our vendor's data analysis system. The attached sample spreadsheet shows the required formatting on sheet one, and from which sheets/cells the data from each row should be sourced.
