Looking for Solidity developer to enhance an existing project

Hi, I'm looking for an expert developer in solidity and nodejs. Just like mentioned in the headline, the project is already developed. The project is about capability access control token for IoT devices. and the enhancement I proposed is to include a hash algorithm to the token itself (more specifically, I proposed to include keccak256 hash algorithm). Also I want to measure the efficiency of the proposed system against the older version. My budget is quite tight, but first I want to hear the offers before I make my decision.
