Good Afternoon, I am a native English speaker with relevant experience and have UK English qualifications. This is my first week on Freelancer and am looking forward to working on my first projects here. I work as a freelance proofreader with Herkimer Publishing and Mystic Mouse Publishing in the UK. In the past twelve months I have successfully proofed 7 business novels and one fiction, in addition to being a published author myself. These include money mindset and management, self-help and personal development, supernatural fiction and mystery fiction. On average I proof between 10-15 pages per hour (£15 per hour/£4 per 1000 words approx) and can complete a 100,000 word novel in approximately 15-20 hours (dependant on the authors ability and use of English grammar). The time taken will be spread across a few working days, I work for 3 to 5 hours per day and only Monday to Friday. I can use either Microsoft Word or Google docs to make suggested amendments.
