Design in AutoCad from existing image file, need asap

I need an expert to create a floor design for a medium-sized office, a space around 840 sqft. I will give the layout mentioning the size as well, you just need to design it in Autocad and provide the .dwg file so that if required, we can modify. I can do it by myself but got stuck with another one. More similar work will follow if you do it correctly, quickly and under my budget. Payment by freelancer.com site only.
