I want somebody with strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge to help me to do some theoretical calculations regarding the model I have attached in the [login to view URL] main task is to calculate theoretically then finding out if the ansys values matches the values we calculated. I will provide the CAD drawing of the whole system. All you need to do is just import the files and do the static/dynamic simulations Derive specifications for your system: load, range, weight, and/or any other data that act as constraints on the design. Detail design of the concept: size, geometry and material Theoretically model and analyze the static stress/fatigue/impact (at least two of the three) Run FEA to compare with the theoretical results and optimize weight or ensure no failure Also provide me a report which includes Cover Sheet 2. Abstract 4. Introduction 5. Specifications and load types and ranges 6. Machine Design and theoretical analysis of the static stress/fatigue/impact 7. FEA Results, safety factor and comparison 8. Discussions 9. Conclusions 10. Appendices (code, hand calculations to check results, etc.)

Hello, I propose to simulate your project in COMSOL Multiphysics or Ansys Maxwell, since these allow you to have total control of the equations involved but with the advantage that the mathematical formulations are already validated My main area is multi-physical simulation, has made several projects that cover all branches of physics, in particular I can highlight a project that resembles what you need to simulate. It involves the design, modeling and simulation of several linear motors for a roller coaster. The design was made with parametric geometry to allow a parametric sweep, then optimized considering some variables. The result was excellent, in addition to receiving 5 stars (as in all my projects) I am currently working for the same person.
