Basic IRC Chat

i need a coder to build me a basic internet relay chat for my program. it needs to be able to connect to a irc server and join a certain chat channel on start of program. it also needs a textbox and button so people can talk in the IRC chat. Program and Code must be done in VB 2008 Express If anyone can please help me with this it would be awsom! This would be a very basic IRC chat, and would not take much time.
