Hello Paul, I guess you are looking for some one with a good experience of overall understanding of the company procedures and policies. As you know, this is not a strategist forward task but a out come of a lengthy analytical process. My strategy would be to analyse your current business processors (interviewing you or your process owners) and identify your business in a general way. Next step would be to dig into detail and establish specific procedural requirements for each process and document them. And I hope this is not for any ISO requirements but just to make a organizational procedure manual which will be the bible of the company. I had done a similar activity previously for a company i worked for and I am familiar with the job. I am not sure how long this will take as I am not sure of the scale of your business processors and the systems used but with the initial discussion I will be able to get it established.
