Semua data akses kelas E-course saya disimpan di [login to view URL], oleh karena itu membutuhkan integrasi dengan [login to view URL] Kelas yang ingin diintegrasikan ada 2: Tetapi landing page yang saya siapkan hanya baru 1, 1 lagi developer buat landing pages random dulu, nanti saya edit dihalaman yang developer buat. Statusnya sekarang: - Landing pages sudah selesai (Menggunakan theme Divi/ saingan elementor) - [login to view URL] sudah ada paketnya jenis paket Shaker - getresponse sudah ada akun - zapier sudah ada akun, tinggal payment jika paket diperlukan - midtrans sudah verifikasi, tinggal pengaktifkan payment bank Note: Gambar yang saya lampirkan adalah pilihan tools yang bisa diintegrasikan oleh podia(member area untuk E-course saya). Jika Anda masih Asing dengan [login to view URL] silahkan dicek websitenya. Kurang lebih [login to view URL] adalah sebuah 3rd parties untuk support kelas online. Ada 4 email yang akan dikirimkan setelah pembeli sudah melakukan checkout. 1. Email mengingatkan pembeli untuk melakukan pembayaran 2. Email pembayaran: Ketika berhasil / cancel 3. Email Pending: ketika pembeli belum melakukan pembayaran 4. Jika pembayaran sudah berhasil pembeli akan dikirimkan akses. Proses pengerjaan: 1. Setup Zapier/getresponse/mailchimp untuk integrasi WooCommerce dengan [login to view URL] hingga user yang sudah melakukan pembayaran mendapatkan akses login ke member area Podia mereka. a. Mengkoneksikan WooCommerce dengan Zapier/getresponse/mailchimp b. Atur trigger dengan memilih spesifikasi order sebagai pemicu c. Mengkoneksikan akun Podia dengan Zapier/getresponse/mailchimp d. Mengkonfigurasikan aksi dengan memilih course atau produk yang sesuai di Podia di mana pelanggan e. harus ditambahkan atau jika akan punya banyak produk nantinya, maka kita perlu melakukan filtering / pathing di Zapier agar setiap produk di WooCommerce peta nya sama dengan di Podia f. Uji Zap untuk memastikan bahwa data mengalir dengan benar dari WooCommerce ke Podia. - Testing order di beberapa kondisi (terkonfirmasi bayar, pending, cancel.) 2. Konfirmasi penerimaan email oleh user yang sudah terkonfirmasi bayar dan tidak ada email masuk ke yang belum terkonfirmasi bayar. - Jika semua sudah benar atau sesuai yang diharapkan, maka Zapier/getresponse/mailchimp diaktifkan. - Jika pembeli sudah berhasil membayar, maka terdapat notifikasi email pembayaran berhasil. Dan email autoresponder yang sudah terintegrasi dengan [login to view URL] akan mengirimkan akses kelas E-course ke pembeli. 3. Pembuatan contact form untuk konsultasi 4.
