Current Project description:
- It is an IOT device which measures environment parameters such as Temperature and Humidity, Atmospheric Pressure and Altitude, Noise, Dust Particles, Harmful pollutants like CO, CO2, NO2, NH3, CH4, etc. shows us their level.
- There are for PCBs in that i.e. MCU board, 2 board for communication and Sensor Board.
Role in that Project:
- Designed final layout for product and created Gerber files.
- made small breakout boards for all important components and sensor & tested it
separately.
- Designed Solar charger, Battery charger, Booster and MCU power supply.
- Made all PCB with manual via to taste first at office.
- Find out sources for components purchase.
- Soldered first 5 prototypes and tested at office.
- Created STEP file of all PCBs with all components and Edited all in Solidworks to match with actual PCBs.
- Assembled all PCB with all sensors and battery in Solidworks. Created animation videos for product teardown.
- Created all mounting assemblies and Solar plate in Solidworks. Assembled full kit with
pole. Created animation video for how it will assemble on field.
- Saved render images for Product brochure and website GUI.
Remarks:
I have worked with temperature and Humidity sensor, dust sensor and some other sensors. I know all about these sensors like operation voltage, interface with MCU, PCB design parameters for these sensors.
