Hi, I will do your project as follows.
1. Export/Import your EEG data (EDF/EDF+ file) in MATLAB.
1(a). I Will remove noise or unwanted data from the signal.
2. I Will apply hamming window for data(signal) filtering.
3. I Will use an Elliptic band-pass filter at 1.5-45 GH.
4. Create a function for the Elliptic Filter that will return Theta, Alpha, Beta, Beta-Low, Beta-High, and gamma band.
5. I Will Plot a 2D graph for plotting the individual bands.
6. FFT and calculate the Power Spectral Density of the bands.
7. I Will Calculate and plot as per your requirement PSD of Alpha, Beta-low, Beta-High, Gamma, Alpha/Beta, Alpha/Theta, Theta/beta, Alpha/(beta+Gamma), (Theta/Beta+Gamma).

- I have done Numerical analytics with MATLAB.
- Robotics and Simulink Simulation.
- sensor fusion with MATLAB.
- Signal Processing and signal Signal conditioning.
- Use Analog Discovery 2 and import Signal data MATLAB.
