We are looking for Instructional Designer with K12 experience. Below is the JD for your reference: Job Purpose: • Create high level ID plan document for a project. • Monitor the creation of a storyboard and review it. • Create instructional design modules with flash for final integration. • Test the final product to ensure that requirements are met. Duties: • Gather information from the SME. • Research for the subject matter to provide raw content to the writers. • Create a plan to create the product. • Interact with graphics and provide instructions and guidance in creating images. • Interact with developers to explain functionality and ensure that it is done per instructions. • Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them. • Train writers into basics of instructional design and build a team. • Monitor the project by creating schedules and implement them. • Ensure quality guidelines are followed. Skills/Qualifications: • Experience in creating storyboards and ID modules. • Working experience and skills in RAD (Adobe Captivate, Storyline etc.) required. • Ability to develop effective and innovative content presentation skills in eLearning.
