Looking for verbatim audio transcription please, runs 2.5 hrs - asap

Looking for verbatim audio transcription please, need experience of at least 6 months to one year of internship or professional audio transcription. I have very simple format and time code is needed every 30 seconds. Looking for someone who can work on these today and tomorrow as actually the project got a bit late. I have a $33.00 rate and don't have more than that. The files are large, sorry about that, so you must be able to use high speed connection. I can't compress them further down, I tried but just can't. One is 230 MB, a video and the other is an audio file, 110 MB. I have a draft that is partially done so it will be easier than transcribing from scratch, needs please all the punctuation put in, proofread and audio transcription finished and edited, from the audio.
