I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with copying, pasting, and formatting text from a word document into a pre-designed PowerPoint template. The text to be copied and pasted is more than 1000 words. For formatting instructions, I have a mix of specific instructions and I also trust the freelancer's judgment to make it look neat and professional. I need this project to be completed ASAP This is a qualitative research project - not a design job or a data/ stat job. I need someone reasonably proficient in powerpoint, and word and ideally with some experience in editing qualitative market research reports, to transfer word text (the beginnings of a short PowerPoint report currently written in word) in to a very simple powerpoint (the template is provided so you don’t need to design anything). Basically, to copy and paste text from a word document into a powerpoint template that has already been designed, and format the text so it all looks neat etc. This is a first and partial draft of the report and doesn't need a huge amount of editing / thought or anything like. It is a work in progress so you will need to accommodate that. I would need someone confident, independent minded, with some market research and ideally report writing experience too. Its’ not very high level but I could do with someone with a bit of initiative and willing to compress text into more pithy bullet points. They need to be able to do this ASAP please. The word doc report is less 3,000 words and I expect it to take 3-5 hours for this first stage. Remember you are not really editing this doc but placing word format text into power point pages / text boxes and formatting them correctly. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint - Attention to detail in formatting and layout - Ability to follow specific instructions and use creative judgment when needed - Efficient time management skills to meet the deadline this project is ongoing over the next 2 - 3 days so if you are available then too all the better - there will be another similar stage on this same power point doc to this tomorrow as I write more of the words to go into the powerpoint
