Drupal Commerce Rules set up in Drupal 7 - repost

I need someone who has experience Drupal Commerce and also has experience using Rules in Drupal 7. If you don't know the difference between a rule and a rule set DON'T APPLY. This project must be completed using the Rules interface and NO custom programming or module hacking needs to occur. I need 2 rules written. The first rule is to trigger an email XX days after an order is made using Rules Scheduler. The email will contain links to the products the person purchased and some text. The second rule is to dispatch an email to the customer when an order is updated to 'complete' in Drupal Commerce. This email will ideally include link in the order which is the tracking number for the order. At the very least it will include a link to the users account to see their order. I expect this is a small job around 2 hours for someone that knows what they are doing. It might also lead to more work. I will hire the person with the most experience (after being convinced of their previous work) or the person who best outlines roughly how they will approach it (without the fine details) which will prove to me they know what they are doing. I know how to do 80% of this but don't know enough to complete it.
