482869 Auction site where have to buy bids- NOT PENNY AUCTION

Hi, FIRSTLY THIS IS NOT A PENNY AUCTION WEBSITE SO DON'T BID ON IT IF YOU CAN ONLY OFFER THAT. Not sure if any good software exists at the moment so I would firstly like someone to first search the net fully to see if anything exists. I'm sure there is a clone out there already, if so I will pay a finders fee and use you to upload/customise etc.. If not, I need an auction site whereby users have to buy bids at a specified price and can only use those bids on the specified auction. The highest bidder at the end of the auction will win. It's pretty much ebay but you have to buy bids and you can only use them on the specified auction. I need a good backend payment system and all the good features of a solid ebay type site etc... Let me know
