Good afternoon, I see you’re looking for somebody to be your trusted VA and take good care of your business. Someone that will not only has experience but also is very detail-oriented and highly versatile. I understand exactly what you’re looking for as I’ve held the role of Operations Manager in an e-commerce sports & outdoors company (Mava Sports) and have since helped several high-ticket clients better organize themselves and their businesses. My previous experience includes managing 3 marketplaces on 2 different sales channels, handling logistics and training a customer happiness team. (and even working on an e-course on how to choose PL products and sell them on Amazon) I love working with data, my English is impeccable (and has an American accent) and I know my Excel. And while I may not know quickbooks, I am a very fast learner and can work in my own time to become great in it.
