I am a well-rounded virtual assistant.
A responsible and dependable Customer Service Representative for 6 months. I manage incoming calls and customer service inquires. I track deliveries, and assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchange or cancel orders. A responsible and strategic Social Media Manager for a year and a half. I handled strategic planning, content strategy, and execution of posts across Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok. I also created infographics and images for clients social media accounts. While I am a Customer Service Representative I also work part time as an ESL Teacher until today. I teach Chinese student basic English and focus on improving their grammar, listening, writing and speaking skills. My experiences in a high-pressured environment taught me attention to details, resilience, and flexibility in using different tools provided by client. I am hard working, good listener, fast learner and adaptable to meet my employer's timezone.
