We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can help us run our office. Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30pm Central Standard Time We have several businesses that we run and we need someone to handle the emails, calls, scheduling, recruiting, for all 3. The businesses are very small and we only receive 5-6 calls per day. It is imperative that the freelancer is able to juggle multiple tasks and quickly switch among tasks from one moment to the next. The ideal candidate would have impeccable communication skills bother verbally and written as well as the ability to organize the entire organization. Your work would be divided in 3, but most of the work will be for our Interpreting and Translation portion of the business as follows: Interpreting and Translation agency - 80% Real Estate Development 10% Web Development 10% We need someone who is innovative, energetic and someone who works with very little supervision. It is imperative that the freelancer has a pleasant, friendly, and energetic voice capable of attracting clients and answering their questions. Our ideal applicant will have previous experience in office administration but we are willing to train a fast learner. *Spanish Speaking is a bonus.

Hello there, hope you are doing fine for today. I am interested in working with you but i am not sure if you will like my English accent but I am willing to be trained for this job position.
