Adding to existing data set

I need to generate more data to make charts with based on the attached file. The data comes from a form found here: [login to view URL] I need more data for the average labor rate, as you see in the file I only have it for a rate of $22. I'd like data for rates from $10-25. So with each labor rate there needs to be inputs for 1-5 workstations (as per the example in the excel sheet). The current worksheet ONLY has inputs $22, I need all of the same inputs that I have for $22 per hour but for $10, $11, $12, $13, $14, $15, $16, $17, $18, $19, $20, $21, $23, $24, $25 dollars per hour. Each of these should be calculated for also 1 workstation, 2 workstations, 3 workstations, 4 workstations, and 5 workstations. As you see in the attached spreadsheet. Please post any questions
