540861 InDesign layout for Excel Data 2

I have an Excel spreadsheet with 162 rows of data. It has names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for each person. I need it put into an InDesign CS3 file so that the format looks like this: [login to view URL] (INTENTIONALLY BLURRED) If you are awarded the project, I will provide you with the unblurred photo so you can duplicate the format. It will probably be 4-5 pages. The spelling needs to be PERFECT the first time. I will not have time to proofread and send back for changes. You need to make sure the spelling and data are PERFECT - exactly like the Excel spreadsheet, but in the format of the picture above. I prefer that you do a data merge. I need this by 11 AM EST tomorrow (about 19 hours from now). The file needs to be letter sized (8.5" x 11" with 1/4 bleed), 300 DPI I am looking for solid ratings and a low price on this project. Don't bid if you can not deliver the project as specified. Thanks, Daniel
