WordPress website for crowdfunding creator content

I would like to create a WordPress website for crowdfunding creator content. In the top header menu, I would like to have options for Donation, Missions, Point Refunds, Login/Sign Up, and Content Planning buttons. I also want to include a well-organized search and shopping cart functionality for users to easily find and manage the content they are interested in. The shopping cart should be connected to WooCommerce so that I can sell custom points. I also need a bulletin online board where users can post their fundraising campaigns or missions. It would be great if users could initiate their campaigns or missions using points from the bulletin board. The user also have sections to choose which online streaming platform and what kind of creators they are raising a fund for. I want this language setting to be edit able since I have to edit things in Korean Furthermore, I would like to have a contact form in the customer support section for users to contact me directly via email if they have any issues or questions. 1. I want to utilize a custom point system on the website instead of using dollars for crowdfunding campaigns. 2. When users create a fundraising campaign, I would like to provide a section where they can specify the number of points they want to fund. For example, if a user has 50 points and decides to fund 20 points, I want the remaining 30 points to be deducted. 3. It would be ideal to automatically display the remaining points on the user's profile page. 4. Additionally, I would appreciate having a section where the administrator can approve or reject fundraising requests from users after they submit their campaigns. 5. I am a Korean user, so I would need the flexibility to modify all the text content on the website to fit the desired language. These are some of the basic things and there are some specific requirements and functions that I want in the website with a good featured design If someone is capable of implementing these features, please contact me.
