Web site copy writiting

Hi We often have clients who need website copy writing. This is often semi technical - maybe like a current client who does bulk email, or a plumbing company, or similar. I need to find one more people who can write copy, often researching from the Internet and then writing original work. Its mainly for the US & UK markets to perfect English is a benefit - although if your English is not perfect and your price is then lower we will re-write internally from your work. For this first project I would like a quote for writing - 4000 to 5000 words that would go over 4 to 8 pages. The first project would be the email-marketing tool. I am looking for someone who can: 1. Either write from very rough notes 2. AND be able to come up with copy ideas and marketing ideas if just show and product that has some copy alongside it - please pm me if you would like to see what the first project is. 3.
