ms words data typing project

we need employees to offline typiI have several hundred pages of hand written notes that I need typed into microsoft word or similar. These notes are written very small but legible. The notes are of an interview so ideally I would want them written in a format consistent with a conversation but for now even raw data would be helpful. I wanted to start the job with four pages similar to the one attached so that I can assess accuracy and speed. Please contact me with any questions.
