Industrial PCB powered by POE with TCP modbus server

I am looking for a freelancer to design an Industrial PCB that will be powered by POE (Power over Ethernet) with a TCP modbus server. The PCB should have the following specifications: - At least 8x analog input (0-10V) - At least 16x digital out (PNP) (24V) - At least 16x digital in (PNP) (24V) The analog/digital inputs should be readable via Modbus TCP and the digital outputs should be settable via modbus TCP. The PCB should have a ribbon connector pinout (with all the IO + power) and LED indicators for each of the input/output pins + power + ethernet. There should be hardware jumpers to set the final 8 bits of the IP address, plus an easy way to change the entire subnet of the static ip. Key requirements: - Experience in designing Industrial PCBs - Proficient in working with POE and TCP modbus server - Familiarity with industrial design standards - Familiarity with robust industrial grade microcontroller firmware Additional information: - The PCB does not require any specific dimensions but a smaller footprint is better. - A total of ~30 units are required, starting with a few prototypes If you have the necessary skills and experience for this project, please submit your proposal.
