I have a 6.5 x 3.6 low level deck for which the outside end of most of the joists has rotted. Joists to be replaced and some decking also. Also some handrails to be built.

I am a handyman who has all the tools required to carry out the necessary repairs and replacements of the decking and also to fixup a balustrade (if necessary). The quote assumes the use of Pine timber (TREATED PINE DECKING 90X22 H3 Standard Grade). If I am awarded the job to do, I will visit the location first to estimate the required decking to be ordered and go to the nearest Bunnings or Timber merchants to order for delivery of the timber. I have completed similar decking and also balustraded in my home and also other peoples decking & fencing projects. If you can send me a couple of photos of the deck as it is that would help us to reduce the time wasted in ordering and getting the timber delivered. Able to complete the project within 2 days in dry weather before elapse of a 7day period since the award of contract. Thank you for the opportunity to quote. Ernest
