Water Filter + Dispenser

I require a superior quality water filtration machine to be developed from scratch that will be placed into retail stores that will provide the following - Filtering system to remove odours + chemicals - Provide a superior quality drinking solution - Charge by debit/credit card based on the quantity of water poured (customer taps their card before pour) - Adjusts the PH to optimum level - Stores Water both in Room & Cold Temperature for the customer to choose I am feeling a machine with a touchscreen something that can hold various types of bottles sizes small to large The technology can detect the the bottle and pour based on the distance from the opening. The goal is to cut down on water consumption via plastic and encourage people to use their flask or a disposable paper bottles we can provide incase they don't have a bottle with them, an alternative to buying plastic. This is innovative technology and I am seeking someone who can take on this project, manage everything and delivery the prototype for initial testing.
