I'm looking for an experienced designer to create a 900mm diameter fan blade made of plastic. This project seeks to develop a fan blade for the main purpose of air evacuation. Power optimization is a key objective, the design should achieve maximum air evacuation with minimal power usage. (Edit) The attached proposed structure (or something nearly identical to it): 1) must be designed to spin 3000 RPM without breaking apart; and 2) be as LIGHT WEIGHT as possible. Instead of plastic, we may need to use carbon fiber. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with HVAC design or similar - Knowledge in the properties of plastic materials and their implications in industrial design - Adept at energy optimization in mechanical design - Proficient in CAD or other relevant design software - Understanding of air flow dynamics and fluid mechanics Deliverables: - Detailed design of a 900mm plastic fan blade - Technical specifications including, but not limited to, dimensions, weight, and rotation speed - Analysis or calculations showing that the design achieves air evacuation at the lowest possible power.
