ArchiCAD - Student Project

I have a basic shell in archicad with no walls, floors etc for a one level boutique hotel. We will send this to you. ROOMS IN PLAN ONLY The hotel must have at least four, possibly five room. Each room must be a minimum 36 metres squared. Each room must have a luxurious ensuite bathroom, at least three rooms should have a bath. Each room must have a King size bed Each room must have a sofa and coffee tabel. Each room must have a desk/workspace. Can be very small/hidden in cupboard but needs to have a chair and place for a laptop. Each room must have a mini fridge and tea coffe making facilities. IN THE LOBBY AREA IN PLAN ONLY There must be a bar/reading area in the lobby of the hotel There must be a check in desk. I WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH IMAGES FOR YOUR ARCHICAD LIBRARY TO TURN INTO TEXTURES FOR WALLPAPERS AND FABRICS. I have copies of a similar project that was done for this same project and have uploaded it on the files section. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to be done in ArchiCad
