Hello, Well, no problem for me develop and implement the application for what you are required. But we still have to discuss some details: 1. I could develop the application on the C#, for Windows platform. Is it OK for you? 2. No problem for me if I develop the application with simple/friendly GUI. I think it will simplify its further usage (and testing even). The application does write log file anyway (and shows the log on the window as well, to view how it woks/deletes these files). The application will be capable to run without GUI as well, in 'silent' mode 3. If we contact via IM here to discuss all these details and if we have our preliminary agreement about work together, then I could develop/implement simple working prototype (.exe) for your review, before you accept my bid. Can you tell me do you require C# application, I am asking because I have a good tested code from previous projects that could be used here only it's written in Delphi (similar to C++)? BTW based on what I've heard so far, price could be lower than 250, around 200.

Hello, one important question: what is the FTP server. If it is FTP or FTPs the application can be developed without difficulty. If the server is sFTP it is different story. the sFTP servers usually use custom (not standard) protocols over SSH, but ofcourse it can be done.
