Microsoft teams integration with .net core -- 2

Hi, I have read all the requirements carefully and I am the right person for the job. I already have done zoom, Whats app api integration. I have already gone through MS Teams documentation and Its look like SDK 4.0 is available to send and receive messages using .NET. I can create one small API project for you for sending and recieving messages which you can integrate anywhere. I have 3+ years of experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, XML, JSON, REST and SOAP Web API, MVC framework, JWT Authentication, Azure Cloud Service, Functions App, Mongo DB, Cosmos DB, SQL Server.
