Hi, NEGOTIABLE offer there. If i am not wrong, you are showing as a screenshot from an existing application which takes its display data from tables in a oracle database and displays some graphics. Before negotiations and start working i have a few questions: 1. Do you have this software? If yes, wouldn't make it simpler to make a simple app which can load the data from your text files into that database, and use the old software to display it? 2. Don't you want to save data from different files? Just open a file and show the data inside of it? 3. Why do you want vertical graphs? For the human mind it's hard to look at it in that way. It is not so important, i'm just asking to understand better your logic needed. 4. The text file which you gave us is a real sample of what you need? Or the real data looks different, and doesn't contain the text description of the file? Please contact me with the answer of these questions.
