Hi, I am an unreal engine expert with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with Electronic Arts (EA) Games and have been part of the Battlefield Mobile team as well as Real Racing 3. I have gone through your problems. 1. For the aim offset, I will have to look through the project to figure out what's causing it. 2. For the tank turret, this should be an easy fix. I can add the functionality to interpolate between the target rotation and current rotation. 3. For the AI, I should be able to build this using Behaviour Trees and EQS for taking cover.
