Highly Skilled IOS Developer Needed for Custom Photo IPhone App

I need someone who is very experience in coding for IOS to create a feature rich, nice looking mobile app. Graphic Design and User Interface design is already completed The applicant will be able to create a simple, easy camera/photo/image captioning app. Main functions will be to apply a caption to photo, with ability to edit text with different text styles, fonts, etc. Also ability to place photos in simple collage frames. Once completed users can share image via email, mms, and social media. Will need a free version app and paid version app. Paid version will be near identical as free app. This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.
