Need Help in Business & Marketing Structure Setup (Business&Marketing Plan)

Hi Well I am an MBA and know how to write a Business Plan a little bit, learned from online and other sources . Finally got the complete text part ready. Have done the SWOT also. I only have the research text with me. I want to start a service oriented business for tourist in my country. This is BP was already done by some else and it was exactly similar to what I am doing, so I just changes some part of the text and got the thing ready. Can't share it with you not because you will take my idea because i don't want to say it here, want to hide it from search engine. To say it short my new business is to provide service to the tourists in my county. The part I need your help is to structure up the company , how will it start, I mean how many employees do I need in the beginning. What will be the financial or the numbering to calculate before I start, I have all the prices ready with me. Need a template as I hope you guys might have one. A 3-5 year financial plan. And for the marketing part ; I know there is a lot of competition but this one I am doing it through my network as I have good network and they are ready to give me constant business. So I will save on spending for online marketing, paper ads, tv ads and so on. As I want to grow this big and I haven't did this before and can't figure it out where to start from. Need your help on to arrange this properly as well. Your part will be to guide me on how to structure the company and start it and help me make the financial plan for it.
