Competition Analysis

I am writing a business plan for my company, Pachamama. We do outdoor human and organisational development. Outdoor team motivation, nature flow learning, team building, leadership and other programs, always using nature as the learning space. We have two types of customers: 1. Highschools and universities. We take students on a trip to different places in Mexico. We tailor-make the program according to the school's requirements, however we always offer programs with a high level of contact with nature, local communities and culture. 2. Companies. For businesses, we tailor make development programs for their staff. Leadership, motivation and team building are among the most common. I want to understand who my competition in Mexico is. A good starting point would be a careful and detailed website study of the online players. Who ever accepts this project would have to research and answer some of the following questions: - who are the companies that are competing with us. - Where are they based? - What do they specialise at? - What are their prices? - What kind of programs do they offer? - Who are their clients? - Which are their strengths? - Weaknesses? - Is their website good/bad? - Their communications strategy?
