Bill Of Quantity for Retail Store

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Architect/Civil Engineer to prepare a Bill of Quantity for the fit out of H&M Flagship store in Kenya. All figures should be in USD. See attached 3D design pictures of the proposed store and also see the link to the current state of the store ([login to view URL] ) which is currently is undergoing some works to be delivered as “white box” from the landlord including plastered walls, seeded floors, heating/cooling with delivery systems, lighting, electrical switches and outlets, lavatories, a finished ceiling. walls that are prepared for painting and a concrete slab floor. Budget for fit out which has a total area of 19,518 Sq/Ft (1,813 Sqm) is US$1,300,000 calculated as $700 per Sqm or $66.6 Per Sq/Ft. The fit out will include installation of shelves, POS System, display cabinets, counters, points of sale and signage, shelving, racks, mannequins and display cases, Italian tile flooring, wallpapers, painting, construction of changing rooms, installation of wash basins, lighting, alterations to AC & ventilation, switchboards, sockets and labour. Fit out period is from 1st October to 14th October 2019. Delivery of Bill of Quantity is expected by Friday 14th September 2019.
