We have current residential cad files and require floorplan changes and elevation changes. There are 6 identical joined terrace style townhouses in 1 line. Lots 17-22 I require internal room changes and to widen the house to go wall to wall. Complete changes to 1 house to agreed satisfaction, then duplicate for streetscape and elevations Require Finished Floor Levels - FFL to be changed on all 14 houses, as per attached FFL pdf. Have done basic drawing to use as starting point with the designer having flexibility to change if better layout ideas. Note... No windows in side walls Once have agreed on job and price I can email remainder of cad files. please provide estimated number of hours to complete. Changes to other dwellings required if happy with first job. I am to own copyright for files and have files delivered in cad and pdf.
