Hi, permanent polymer formwork should be finalized both structurally by doing the necessary structural calculations, and finite element analysis if necessary then finalizing its shape using a dedicated CAD software such as Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360. Personally I prefer Autodesk Fusion 360, it has an all in one package where we ca design and validate the design using simulation tools integrated and repeat.
