Need Slides and MP4 with slides synced to voiceover audio -- 2

We have several voiceover audio files with corresponding script that must be turned into slides, and then those slides turned into an MP4 video synced to the audio. Design is simple - white backdrop, red and black font, with some simple formatting (bold, italics, CAPS, etc).
