Audio Improvement / Wedding Speech

Hi, I am a wedding filmmaker and recently filmed a wedding during which one the two mics, that were stuck onto the microphones that were being used by the speakers, lost power. This meant one side of the speakers were not as clear as I would like. Fortunately there are 3 separate and decent streams of audio (The second mic attached to the near by microphone and two cameras that were close the loud speakers) which meant that, after combining the clips in Final Cut Pro and playing with the audio settings, it was pretty clear and to the average listener, possibly unnoticeable. That being said, I am eager to make the short sections of the speeches (around 1:30 for the first section and to 30 seconds for the second section) that I require for the final film to be as clear and crisp as possible, so I am looking for a sound engineer that has software specifically for audio improvement who is hopefully able to boost the quality. I will send over the 3 separate audio streams from each sections in whichever format the engineer recommends. Thank you!
