We develop software for analyzing recorded customer service calls. We need recordings of English-speaking people so we can train our software to recognize negative emotions in recorded voices. We are looking for at least 100 and as many as 1000 or more recordings where at least one of the people is either angry, rude, condescending or sarcastic. The more recordings, the better.
We don’t care which of the callers is behaving badly, it can be the customer or the employee. We have seen many recordings of bad customer service on YouTube and the Internet and those are the type of calls we are looking for.
Calls should meet these requirements:
-One or both of the callers should sound angry, rude, condescending or sarcastic
-Important: quality of recording should be good to excellent
-Calls should be at least one minute long
-Both callers on the recording should be speaking American English
-Recordings should be a mix of both male and female
-Recordings should not be “faked” or actors
-Recordings should not have music in the background
-Recordings should not have foul language censored or beeped out (silence in place of beeps is OK)
-We prefer recordings in a business setting like customer service, sales, etc.
The successful bidder will the one who has the most calls for the best price. But we reserve the right to revoke a bid if the quality of these calls does not meet the above requirements.
Increase your chances of being awarded the job by sending PMB with details of how you will collect these recordings for us. Generic bids will be given lowest priority.
We have a variety of phone conversations in American English with irate, and/or annoyed customers used for previous Quality Control Training. We could convert this files to high quality mp3 and have them available to you.
I have worked at the front office of British council Uganda and among my duties was anwering telephone calls. I know the different angry tones thus i can be able to handle this project.
