Setup Asterisk with Vicidial and Reporting

Hello Im Sourish, I'm an asterisk, vicidial and linux expert. I have installed more than 50 vicidial servers in last 3 years. I run a company which provides hosted asterisk and vicidial services globally. I have gone through your requirement in details and i can do the required configuration within your budget of $100. I can install asterisk and vicidial for you on a fresh server. I can configure the campaigns, users, phones, lists for you along with the voip trunks. There will be 3-4 different campaigns depending on the location you are calling and i will configure the dialer to use different sip trunks depending on the destination called. Vicidial provides a detailed report by default i can train you to download the report on a daily basis and dump the recording files too. I would configure Inbound dialing with inbound SIP trunks, queues, hold music, a one level simple menu to route calls to an agent through a queue, IVR menu is to just classify the calls into Sales, Support, Advertisements, etc. You can try it with me and if you are satisfied then you can pay me. I am an IT person with 3+ relevant experience on installation and configuration on Single and Cluster Vicidial server, GoAutodial, CRM,IPPBX, Asterisk and other telephone peripherals for almost 3 years, from scratch until live run of the system. And also handled almost 7 call center company as system support engineer with almost 300 seats call center system.
