Finish ASP Job (Logo Creater Tool)

Hi, I have had a developer pull out just a few hours before completing a project for me. Its basically a logo creator tool on my website written in ASP. The code was completed on the developers website but I then had a second graphic designer do the design side. The developer was then integrating the design code with the ASP logo tool code when he had an emergency and had to pull out I need someone that is a good coder with ASP and also very good general web programming skills to be able to pick up where he left off and finish the job, The main thing to finish is finish transferring the code from the developers site to the proper URL and finish intergrating with the graphic designers work (almost complete now) The developer has sent me all the files which I will forward I will send the final details of URL etc in a PM I prefer to have this job finished before New Years but most importantly I need someone that is reliable and can DEFINITELY finish the job properly My preferred budget is $100 as a knowledgeable developer should be able to simple pick out the ASP code and HTML and easily finish integrating the site in 2 hours, but I am willing to look at slightly higher quotes
