To meet this objective, you are required to write a short specification for the sandwich demonstrated in class. You are also provided with a drawing. Assume for the purposes of your homework that the section number is 502010. 20. Division 50 (food), broad scope 20 (sandwich), medium scope 10 (whole wheat), narrow scope 20 (cheese and chicken). Follow the SectionFormat and PageFormat outlined in class. Your specification should be typed and should be no more than two pages. If you need to specify proprietary products, you must include an “or equivalent" for at least one of them. For this item, make sure to include details on how to determine if it is “equivalent”. In addition, consider whether you require any submittals, such as a sample of the bread.
