Product animation gif and MP4

Hi, I want to show how our product is installed in a simple animated gif and MP4 in 3d. the video needs to be about 20-30 seconds long. very short. I want the animation to show a few things: 1. A story house without lights on it 2. Light tracks off to the side of the house. Not mounted onto house. 3. Power kit box off to the side as well. Not mounted onto house 4. Light tracks mounted onto the soffit and snapped up to the fascia. The power kit gets mounted onto the side of the house about 4 feet off the ground. This has to be in motion. 5. Light up the lights Do not copy the cartoon example shown. I'd like you create a similar angle of the house. I like a house like this [login to view URL] with the cartoon style. Make it come to life like shown. Provided a map where the powerkit should get mounted in the motion. The red lines on the image is where lights will go. I want to make the motion of the image be light and then dark all in a smooth motion. This way we can show the lights working in the dark. Downward lighting needs to be pretty bright. I will need the original file you create in. I want to know what program you make it in. I do want to see your samples. I will ask.
