This is what I'm great at! I'm a 2D animator and I can make something really cool for you in about a week. To keep it under budget, I am really good at reusing assets and re-working animation so it is still entertaining and not overly repetitive. I'm thinking of using color and animation speed changes to go along with the song. The quick turn-around will give it a loose and free kind of feeling.
