Project for Amarjit Kaur C.

Unfortunately, this time was not great. We have used them before and had been pleased but we will not use them again. If they were professional they would simply apologize for delaying the project for over a week (which caused problems on our end) instead of offering a bunch of excuses. I can not offer excuses on my end. Plus, they like to argue. What would have been great was to communicate the technical issues they were having rather than just go silent. They did not read the initial project description thoroughly and then complained about the changes they had to make when it was clearly outlined in the project description. When I made it known that I was not happy they then proceeded to complain about the amount of money. They were late, non-communicative, then argumentative and defensive when they did respond. I will not hire these people again.
