Forms that my tecnicians can fill out and e-mail to the customer and the office

I already have in mind how the app looks and works. I worked before as an android developer in a company, and I know how to do the project you need. I want to create the form, which the user will complete, and at the bottom, there will be a white space where the user can sign with his finger , and when you press send, it will save the entire form+signature as it is displayed on the screen, and it will send it by email where you need it.
