Bus Management android application

(The time of the project should be finished in 3 weeks) I'm looking for professional android developer to work on Bus management system There is X roles in the system, and the main idea is to make it easy to follow the state of students the attend to the bus and make it easy for the driver to follow a line in the map to take students, the bus when arrive by the home of the student then the bus send notification to the parent app, the parent can response to the notification by (accept, reject, not response!), and for the driver assist will have a screen about student's information (the bus is near by him) which have contact informations to call the parents! There will be a record when the student go inside the bus (time and date).
