I am the co-founder of a mobile app myself which is a peer to peer ride sharing platform. Our app too is available on google play and appstore like yours. Its been six months since our launch on Android and a month since our launch on iOS. During this time, I was able to achieve a user base of 15,000 users in one city using online marketing channels along with a few offline channels. I am well versed with ASO and Fb app installs campaign.
Having looked at your app, I think the best way to get some visibility for the app is to partner with table booking/ restaurant listing apps. For example, we have Dineout, Eazydiner and Zomato in India which are quite big for table bookings and they give out great offers to their users. Gratititude could be one of the offer these apps could launch by partnering as many restaurants charge a hefty 10% service charge in India. This could be evaded and the tip could be pre decided through the app.
I believe talking to you guys will help me understand the product much better to come up with better ideas which can be executed. I would be interested to know what channels you are using already. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
